There are a lot of "firsts" in this episode! First episode with Taylor in his new recording set up. First time guest cohost Peter Schmidt has been on the show and first time for Catholic comics creator Andy Shaggy Korty!
Taylor introduces Peter and they talk about the online Catholic young adult community he's been able to create through Game of Favorites (on Twitch.tv/ptony). Taylor also has a confession to make about last week's show that made him feel VERY dumb.
Andy Shaggy Korty is our guest this week and he shares about his new idea "Nov Arts Ordo." Andy is an incredible comics creator who's plan is to invite other creators to make something each day in November that is connected to the saints. Connect with Andy on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter @andyshaggykorty.
Peter closes out the show with a topic he wanted to focus on: poverty. They discuss how whether we are rich, poor or anywhere in between, we can all still struggle with our connection to money.

The show wraps up with a conversation on Allison's upcoming live recording of her podcast on the topic of race. We start the discussion on this touchy topic and why we should have these often difficult conversations.

Forte Catholic Podcast Episode 44
We cover a wide variety of topics this week including bible study, the RCIA process and Young Adult Ministry in the wake of a gathering with the Bishops of the area to explore how to better serve the young Church.
In today's first segment, I explain some crazy things that happened right before the show and share some of the key points from a cool devotional I just finished on the Youversion Bible App.
In the second segment, I interview Toni Hendricks about the RCIA. This is the process of becoming Catholic so whether you are a Catholic and want to learn more about this treasure of the Church and how you can help or if you aren't Catholic and have questions about the faith and want to know more about the Church, this is the interview for you.
In the final segment, I am joined by Christopher Dowling to talk about the Young Adult Listening Session he and I both attended with both of Austin's Bishops. This was a tremendous opportunity the Bishops held to know how to best serve the young Church.
