Koji de Ramos rejoins the show to discuss being Catholic at work and some much needed mindset shifts for our careers after a year that threw us all for a loop.

Finally, the guys share their initial thoughts on the new encyclical from Pope Francis. And for the first time publicly, Taylor disagrees with a Pope(gasp!). Be sure to stay until the end to see what caused this!
